GPManager Hub is an independent community platform for the ~15,000 GP Practice Managers working across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

We exist because Practice Managers face a unique set of challenges — HR, CQC compliance, NHS contract changes, digital transformation, finance — that generic management forums simply don't understand. This is a space where you can ask frank questions, share hard-won knowledge, and find practical resources without the corporate noise.

The job board pulls live vacancies daily from NHS Jobs and major recruitment boards, and is free to use and to post on. The Tools Library is a growing collection of community-contributed templates, checklists, and guides.

Membership is free. No subscription is required to read or participate. We may introduce optional premium features in the future to keep the lights on, but the core community will always be free.
